2.2 Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, a valid email, and a mobile phone number. Providing false information or using another person's details constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of any pending balances or prizes.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each User may hold only one active account on the 9897bb. Duplicate accounts identified by the system will be closed and balances held for review. The welcome bonus is valid for the first registration only, per CPF, IP address, and device.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 9897bb may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. 5.2 Postponed, Cancelled, or Suspended Events

• Postponed event before the start: bet cancelled and amount returned to balance;
• Suspended event after a start with no resumption on the same day: unresolved markets are cancelled and stakes refunded;

• Bets on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions follow the official rules of the organizing body for result purposes.

5.3 Odds Errors

The 9897bb reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure, provided the error is identified before the event begins. Bets on events that have already concluded with incorrect odds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly prohibited for Users of the 9897bb:

• Creating more than one account or using third-party information to create accounts;
• Use software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access, exploit, or manipulate the platform;
• Exploit technical errors, odds bugs, or system failures to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collude with other bettors to manipulate outcomes or bets;
• Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering or any other illicit activity;
• Transfer funds between accounts held by different individuals;
• Use the platform on behalf of third parties (placing bets for someone else's account);
